I am a Red Hat and AWS Certified IT Professional with over 6+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Cloud Technologies with specialization in Linux, OpenStack, Web Hosting & Infrastructure Management Systems.

I am currently working for Salesforce Inc. as a Systems Engineer and making sure the Salesforce Core Infrastructure runs smoothly, where the day-to-day activities include troubleshooting Server issues, monitoring, building and deploying hosts to scale, performance monitoring, and tuning as per the needs of the organization. Other tasks include daily interactions with Dev and QA teams, different stakeholders, and service owners for smoother operations using agile methodologies.

Over the last few years, I have worked for Rakuten Marketing Inc. as an Openstack Cloud Engineer and AWS Systems Engineer responsible for building and migrating Linux hosts.
