• Oversee MDM (Meter Data Management) and HES (Head-End System) operations to ensure accurate and continuous data availability from smart meters and AMR-based meters.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing data availability by monitoring meter data and resolving communication or data-related issues.
• Conduct regular inspection and validation of meter data models to maintain data accuracy and system reliability.
• Manage and update meter master data to ensure correct meter configuration and system records.
• Troubleshoot and resolve smart meter communication issues to maintain efficient data retrieval and system performance.
• Identify data anomalies, missing readings, and abnormal consumption patterns in smart meter datasets; validate load survey interval data.
• Perform VEE (Validation, Estimation, and Editing) on smart meter data to ensure accurate and reliable meter readings for billing and analysis.
• Perform Bill Quality Check (BQC) to ensure accurate billing by validating meter readings, consumption data, and resolving data discrepancies.
