My career started with a nationally and internationally diversified metals and mining company Vedanta Ltd. and got the opportunity to work with primitive tribals of Kalahandi district of Odisha, which is one of the aspirational districts for NITI Aayog, I led the flagship project of the organization i.e., Nand Ghar for two years covering the women & children’s beneficiaries of districts such as Lanjigarh, Rayagada, Dhenkanal, Ganjam and Jharsuguda. Currently based out in Uttar Pradesh as State Lead for this very project, leading and ensuring the right implementation of its fundamental mission & vision statement on ground through my core skills of stakeholder management, community liasioning, strategic problem solving and collaboration & communication between internal and external stakeholders.
I aspire and passionately want to work in creating and achieving more such impacts in the development of community aligned with business goals in my professional role.
