- Project Planning & Execution of New Corporate Office Project from Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Infrastructure & Instrumentation Side (FAS, BMS, ELV, HVAC, MEP, Zinc Clading).
- To carry out preventive, Break down, Predicative and Shut down Maintenance of Plant Utility (Nitrogen Plants, Chilling Plants, Cooling Towers, Vacuum Systems, Cold storages, HVAC Systems) & Plant Machineries (Reactors, Dryers, Packing lines).
- Maintenance activity of Utility Dept. (Chilling Plants, Boilers, R.O. Plants, D.G. Sets, Electrical Distribution System)
- Focus on energy conservation related jobs and follow up with internal and external agencies.
- To Improve the Good Engineering Practices.
- Management of Manpower for Regular Electrical Maintenance Job.
- Maintaining the Documents as per cGMP Requirements.
- Responsible for Maintenance of Air-Conditioning Systems.
- TO Prepare Budget for the Expense of the Electrification Work of the Project.
- Installation, Commissioning & Electrification of 1000 KVA Dry Type Transformer with V.C.B. Protection at H.T. Side.
- Installation & Commissioning of 2 Nos. 1250 KVA Silent D.G. set.
- Installation, Commissioning & Plant Wise Electrification of 4000Amp PCC Panel with D.G. Set Power Supply System.
- Installation, Commissioning & Electrification Work of Flameproof Light Fittings, Clean Room Flameproof Fittings, Flameproof Plugs, FLP Temperature Indicators. As Per GMP Requirement & Planning.
- Installation, Commissioning & Electrification Work of Plant Machineries Like Agitated Nutch Filter (A.N.F.), Spin Flash Dryer (S.F.D.), Rotary Vacuum Dryer (R.V.D.), 22 Nos. 10 KL Reactors, Centrifuges, Sparklers, Scrubber System, Thermic Fluid Heater, Etc.
- Installation, Commissioning & Electrification Work of OILON (Made in Finland) Make Dual Fuel (Gas & Oil) Burner for 3-TON IBR Boiler + 3 TON Briquette Boiler + 16 ton DOC Boiler
- Documentation Work Related to ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004, and OHSAS 18001:1999 & Also Latest Integrated Management System (IMS) too.
