• Designed and built a solo role based task management web application (React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB) replacing the team's manual Excel based daily status reporting, implemented Admin and Member roles with fully isolated task views per user.
• Engineered a multi stage task lifecycle (Pending → In Progress → Unverified → Completed) driven by member subtask completion, with Admin only verification gating, integrated AWS S3 via Multer for multi file attachment storage on tasks.
• Secured the application with JWT authentication, bcryptjs password hashing, and Axios interceptors for token refresh across Auth, Tasks, and Reports microservices, wrote MongoDB aggregation pipelines for a real time admin analytics dashboard.
• Delivered an Excel report generation feature using ExcelJS, producing per-user task exports with subtask status, priority breakdown, and file links eliminating the team's manual daily Excel update process entirely.
