- Production plan controlling.
- Blank and process running plan monitoring.
- Pre-planning the tool and RM.
- Follow over all IATF document works.
- To ensure the OEE on daily and monthly basis.
- Manpower arrangement and proper training.
- Quality & training
- Dispatch & customer handling.
- Customer support (assembly part rework, rejection handling, countermeasure report)
- To maintain the 3c&5s& FIFO
- Safety awareness give to manpower before running time.
- KAIZEN activity in process and product handling
- 100 PPM work following to customer support & satisfaction
- Expedite short term and long term strategic plans
- Daily work management (DWM) meeting contacting
- Conduct the weekly productivity improvement meeting with supervisor and educate the all type issues (shortage, customer complaints, stocks details)
- Planning for customer priority (d+2)shortages.
- Follow the 100% route card in my department and conduct the training classes in operator for route card knowledge.
- Managing the whole machine
- Tracking of in process rejections
- Rework elimination
- Work standardizations and line balancing
- To ensure that all necessary aids to the production are available for smooth functioning of the press shop(man, machine, method, and material)
- Handle shift in charge and allocation of manpower
- Stock checking & production planning
- Die setting record, rejection record, production record maintenance
- QUALITY Control with giving with dimensional.
- Maintaining 25Nos of Manpower Under Me
- Conduct the monthly PPM meeting and daily red bin analyzing, Meeting with all in charges
- Shop floor management
