I have over 20 years of experience in the design, development,
and testing of RF, microwave, and wireless products.
For the past 8+ years, I have specialized in WLAN RF validation, focusing on system-on-chip (SoC) validation and RF Design Verification Testing (DVT) for MIMO access point boards. My work has involved in-depth testing,
troubleshooting, and optimizing WiFi silicon and systems to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.
Prior to that, I spent over 12 years in radar product design and development, where I led teams and projects focused on RF testing of transmitters, receivers, LNAs, multiplier, and other active and passive components in S and C bands.
My technical expertise spans RF hardware development, post-silicon validation, system integration,
silicon bring-up, and debugging. I also have hands-on experience in PCB schematic and layout reviews,
defining product requirements, and developing test specifications. In addition to my technical background,
I have skilled in cross-functional leadership, working closely with ODM/OEM customers, managing test plans and procedures, and supporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers globally
