Report to the HSE Manager and advise the Project Manager/team onboard vessel on legal and other HSE requirements, including Ministry of Manpower regulations and yard in-house HSE requirements.

• Conduct regular inspections onboard vessels and workshops to identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and take necessary actions to prevent incidents.
• Inspect vessels and workshops, tracking confined space entries and work, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
• Participate in firefighting and rescue operations onboard vessels and workshops.
• Conduct various inspections onboard to ensure safe work procedures are followed and prevent incompatible work in the same location.
