Team Leader for all the Project Supervisors. Supports and guides AIF Site Supervisor for their assigned Projects. Conducts feasibility study at site and ensures design integrity in execution and close consultation with OM, GM.

Verifies Design

Documents with Site Feasibility. Visits sites regularly for quality of execution and timeliness of execution. Ensures material specs as prescribed are used at site. Ensures timely availability of material from Sourcing/Logistics team. Troubleshooting if any issues in design and or execution come up interacting quickly with OM, GM for speedy resolution. Follow up with all execution vendor's unplanned/emergency material purchases at site, if required. Sourcing of any new material, as may be needed. Assumes the Site supervisor role for any Projects directly assigned. Maintains up-to-date-Information of each Project Site on daily basis. Ensures daily/weekly/monthly updates to both directors. Coordinate with PMC and get approval for Work execution and Final approval for completion Work. Get approval from PMC for RA Bills.
