Delivered superior quality results by efficiently analyzing any moulding defects that arose and by making process parameter adjustments within applicable limits to resolve those defects.
Spearheaded implementation of SMED activities to significantly minimize the cycle time and also reduced the time taken for mould changeover.
Conducted training sessions to guide the operators on different activities, including mold change, SMED, OEE, TPM, 5S, defects and safety mold setup.
Successfully minimized machine breakdowns and corrected any abnormalities identified by regularly performing minor machine maintenance.
