END OF LINE DIAGNOSTIC TESTING (EOL)

• Designed, developed, and validated diagnostic programs for 20+ ECUs across ICE / EV / HEV (ECM, BCM, BMS, HVAC, OBC, etc.) using UDS, KWP, CAN, and DOIP with good testing methodology.
• Manage the Diagnostic Program Development for ECU conformity, ECU Flashing, Config writing, DTC Coding, E/E component and wiring harness assembly conformity quality checks & Electronic traceability for Static, Dynamic and Signoff VEP station.
• Create hypotheses on VEP (Vehicle Electronic Process) diagnostic specifications to enable project team in budget forecasting and assembly plant coordination for project initiation readiness.
• As diagnostic management to organize and direct internal diagnosis actions at diagnosis engineering department, lead diagnostic project communication efforts, addressing challenges product/process impact within engineering department effectively. Organized quarterly meetings with all electronic product developers to ensure alignment and problem resolution.

• Analyze the issue which is reported during project phase in vehicle diagnostic by using SIDIS analyser/Proc file/config text file/Pcap analyser for DOIP/Transient viewer/aplispy/Canalyzer/DDT failure screen, Etc..
• Ensure the Vehicle Production without Loss to Increase Straight Through Ratio and Training to Plant PE and Serial Life Support for the Plant.
