About

Results-driven Electrical Engineer with 10+ years of experience in utility-scale Solar PV EPC projects across India, Uzbekistan and Uganda. Proven expertise in leading end-to-end project execution, including engineering review, procurement support, construction management, testing & commissioning, quality assurance, and plant handover. Experienced in delivering MW-scale solar power plants, 33kV, 132KV, 220kV substations, SCADA, PPC, HT/LT systems, and grid interconnections.

Strong leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, clients, consultants, and statutory authorities while ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, cost, and schedule requirements. Skilled in project planning, risk management, contract administration, resource optimization, and stakeholder coordination to achieve successful project delivery. Well conversant with various Indian standard codes of practices and Indian electrical rules related to electrical engineering industries.

Adept at performing site management, manpower handling, material management and maintaining entire site working activities. Proficient in handling the execution of electrical tasks including interfacing with approving authorities and coordinating with engineering. Flair for adopting modern construction methodologies in compliance with Quality/HSE standards.

Having the experience of around 1 GW in Solar plant erection. Proficient in handling the Operation & Maintenance of Solar power plants. Successfully executed the 20/24MW Single Axis tracking solar project in Uganda-East Africa.
