Responsible for execution of the study and system related activities as per the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Clinical Practices (GCP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee overall resident care and ensure quality nursing services.
- Monitor health status and coordinate with doctors for treatment.
- Supervise staff, prepare duty rosters, and ensure proper staffing.
- Train and guide nurses and caregivers.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control practices.
- Handle emergencies and incident management.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation.
- Communicate with families and management.
- Manage medical supplies and equipment.

- Updating Software – Consumables charges, Physiotherapy, Procedure Services and additional nursing charges
- Client drug chart and Vitals Chart cross checking
- Medicine box refilling to be crosschecked.
- Clinical Checklist (of the Senior Staff Nurses) to be sent as a mail to Nursing Head and CMO at around 4.00 to 5.00 pm.
- Daily Report – Occupancy, Admission & discharge details, Acute Medical Conditions of Clients and Follow-up - to be sent in Athulya Clinical team
- Daily Clinical Expense sheet to be updated
- If any resident has OPD visits in the day, the Bills details to be sent to OPD & Accounts team on the same day.
- Complete Handing over to next shift in charge and discussion on next day planning.
- To send Upcoming week OPD Plan & Investigation (Outside Lab) Cash Request to Nursing Head on Friday Without fail.
- Weekly Once Client File Cross verification
- Weekly Once Stock medicines to be cross checked
- Staff Training to be conducted and attended.
- Weekly medicine Indent
- MRD Documentation
- Making Hospital visits to see the hospitalized clients
- Extra care to be given for critical care clients (Categorised based on MEWS SCORE)
- Weekly and Monthly clinical presentation
- Clinical Invoice to be sent to Nursing Head Before 22nd Evening without fail.
- OPD Tracker to be sent to Accounts and Operation team for reference
- Monthly Update (Newsletter) to be sent to all clients' guardian through WhatsApp and mail without fail on or before 2nd of every month
- Clinical Presentation to be sent to Nursing Head for Before 5th Evening
- Client Monthly Invoice and Kasen Bills cross verification with OPS
- Monthly Medicine Indent
- Stock replacement
- Staff Allocation to be done and recorded in the respective register
- Daily Attendance to be sent to HR department
- Leave/ Off – to be decided and Staff allocation done accordingly
- Daily group rounds - Nurse, Operations & Dietician
- Call bell issues to be addressed and reported to IT team and Nursing Head.
- Call Bell Report to be sent to Nursing Head, Operations Head and IT team.
- Oxygen cylinder Cross checking
- Bio-Medical Equipment Cross Checking

- Bio- Medical waste cross checking
- Cross Checking of Resident Records including Vital signs, Weekly CBG, Daily Nurses notes & Billing card etc
