I am a highly passionate and motivated senior Yoga master therapist instructor with more than 15 years of experience in the field. My dedication for yoga brought me to study at S-Vyasa university in Bangalore, where i explored and advance myself in a variety of therapeutic applications of yoga. I am experienced in Yoga therapy, yoga asanas at all levels, breathing techniques, pranayama's and meditation.

I have been teaching in India, Singapore, Vietnam and Maldives to a large number of international students and people of different countries and nationalities. I enjoy inspiring others to improve their lifestyle and wellbeing through the practice of yoga.
