- Accurately post payments, adjustments, and denials from Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) to the appropriate patient accounts within the billing system
- Posting Manual payment posting in Software
- Download EOBS from various insurance websites and Import the EOBS to billing software
- Identify, locate, and retrieve remittance information, including EOBs, from various payer-specific online portals (e.g., Availity, Trizzeto, waystar, and other portals)
- Mentoring the newly joined employees & training them about the process knowledge
- Ensuring that all the claims are processed within TAT
- Expert-level understanding of EOBs, ERAs, CPTs and standard adjustment/denial codes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly for reconciling complex accounts and identifying missing remit issues
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle high-volume processing
- Informing the team if any new scenarios were found & updating them in the process update tracker
- Ensuring to meet the production & Quality and all transactions are balanced on daily basis
