Head of the unit for 140 bedded Tertiary care hospital with all facilities like CT, MR, SONOGRAPHY, PHYSIOTHERAPY, with 48 bedded CCU and ICU, 3 Major OT and a Cath lab. This was a dead unit when it started with Negative image in the Market, worked hard to create Secure image in the market and increased the Brand value. Took the centre Responsibility in the month July 2025 where the revenue was 25 lakhs/Month. From 25 lakhs of revenue given every month growth presently reached the Revenue to 8.5 CR/month with only Cash Business.
