I am a Registered Advocate with the Bar Council of Assam and the Bar Council of India, possessing over 4 years of combined experience in litigation, corporate legal advisory, compliance, labour law, regulatory affairs, and corporate administration, criminal and civil litigation and Industrial law. I am currently serving as Assistant Secretary Grade IV at Indian Tea Association. I have academic and practical exposure to areas including corporate governance, banking regulation, financial policies, mergers and acquisitions, Insolvency law and commercial laws.

My objective is to get into a professionally challenging role in a growth-oriented organization, which shall provide me with the requisite opportunities and exposure to fully utilize my skills and further enhance it. • I was involved in advising and assisting member companies on labour law compliance, industrial relations, and regulatory matters under the Industrial Disputes Act, Factories Act, Provident Fund Act, Minimum Wages Act, and Payment of Gratuity Act.
• Drafted charge sheets, suspension orders, dismissal orders, legal notices, enquiry orders, minutes of meetings and compliance-related documentation for corporate entities.
• Represented major tea companies including Andrew Yule & Company Limited, Goodricke Group Limited, Duncans Tea limited, Amalgamated Plantations Pvt. Ltd., Stanmore Pvt. Assisted Senior counsel in cases such as "Sri Ganesh Das Vs. Sri Amitava Paul CRP (I/O) No 418/2015", "Sri Rupak Das Vs. State of Assam, CRL. Pet 272/2019" the first being a case of Tenancy dispute in which we represented the tenants and the latter being a case under "Sec – 38 of the Negotiable Instruments Act" in which we represented the Accused
• Worked on high-stakes criminal appeal matters before the Supreme Court of India involving life imprisonment convictions.
• Supported senior counsel in strategy formulation, evidence analysis, and legal documentation.
