• Process Trade Finance transactions using Trade Innovation (TI) and Finacle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Manage operational mailboxes, resolve queries from Customer Service Managers (CSMs) and branch teams, handle escalations, and ensure timely completion of transactions within defined TATs.
