I am Working in a Manufacturing Industry as a Quality Manager My Role & Responsibilities as below.

Key Responsibilities:

 To achieve the target of Zero Customer Complaints.

 To ensure the Line rejection is below set target 1% of Turnover

 Responsible for Process & Product Audits.

 Member of the Cross functional team (CFT) for all developments.

 Reviewing & verifying all records of QA Dept.

 Identifying & reviewing & controlling non conformity related to products.

 Monitor continual improvements in QA Dept.

 Monitoring the functional Objectives/Process measure & taking appropriate action to improve them.

 Authority to stop the production in the event of non-confirming , 7QC, GD & T, APQP

& PPAP)

 Taking corrective & preventive action for the products, quality system non conformance

 Monthly report submission SPC, Layout & weekly submission of 8D, CMM job checking in prescribed formats for mgmt. review..

 Prepare & Maintain record of “Quality objectives” & KPI.

 Preparation of PPAP & documents as per customer requirements,

 Implementation of Management system as per IATF

 Internal Auditor for IATF-16949

 Completion of CAPA within timeline.
