- Match Batch colour against STD Colour Data and continously monitoring product colour at regular interval for verification. Correction in running production if any deviation observed.
- Color formulation & shade matching.
- Ensure production schedules are met with minimal downtime & Monitor raw material usage pigments to reduce wastage.
- Supervise batch preparation, shade matching, and final color consistency.
- Ensure accurate shade reproduction by using spectrophotometers or visual assessment & Investigate and resolve color-related defects, shade variations, or inconsistencies.
- Liaise between production, R&D, and quality teams for smooth workflow.Root cause analysis for abnormal color production & customer complaints.
- Knowledge about CAPA and Quality standards ASTM
- Supervise and train operators and technicians on color matching techniques.
- Maintain records of shade recipes, production logs, and color approvals.
- Prepare reports on material consumption, rework rates, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental guidelines and ISO,QMS standards.
- optimise process parameter to get desired result of new Colour & Grade. Perform Exact pigment dosing, in line with regular colour checking result.
- Participate in new product development and color innovation projects For part approval Color audits.
