• Prepared and maintained all QA/QC documentation as per client requirements and QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) ensured timely submission and approval of inspection records.
• Reviewing MTC (Mill Test Certificates) and quality documents.
• Coordinated with Third-Party Inspection Agencies (TPIA) such as DNV, TUV, SGS, BV, IR Class, and Apave for inspection and testing activities.
• Prepared and reviewed inspection reports, dimensional reports, and final documentation dossiers.
• Handled PMI reports, hardness test reports, chemical and mechanical test reports.
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, and customer specifications.
• Coordinating with customers for dispatch clearance and documentation approval.
