Work responsibilities-Savita Oil Technologies Ltd. Reporting to QC/QA Head-
- Monitoring of overall lab activities in QC/R&D work.
- Sampling and Analysis of various products as Transformer oils, white oils, Lubericating oils, petroleum jelly, Greases, industrial oils, polyethylene wax, wax emulsions, cable filling compounds, synthetic esters.
- Analysis of Raw materials, packing materials.
- Documentation as per ISO 9001-2015, Audit compliance, customer audits
- New product devlopments using various raw materials as per customer requirments.
- Review of Lab data on daily basis, preparation of monthly Reports.
- Calibration/AMC planer as per schedule, inhouse calibration of the instruments.
- Coordination with various departments during working time.
- Safe work culture and maintaining of 5S system.
- Maintaining of lab Reagent stocks.

Reporting to Plant Head-
- Monitoring of overall lab activities in QC/R&D work.
- Sampling and Analysis of various products as Lubericating oils, petroleum jelly, Greases, industrial oils, external party samples.
- Formulate and devlopes Lubericating oils synthetic, semisynthetic, Gear oils, hydraulic oils, industrial oils, neat oils, Greases, petroleum jelly.
- Perform lab scale blends trials for various products.
- Work with quality control team for product consistency.
- Selection and optimize individual components to achive desired performance of the products.
- Knowledge of automotive lubricants and greases.
- Contribution for developments and technical support of automotive lubricant products.
- Analysis of Raw materials, packing materials.
- Documentation as per ISO 9001-2015, Audit compliance, customer audits
- New product devlopments using various raw materials as per customer requirements.
- Review of Lab data on daily/weekly basis
- Calibration/AMC planer as per schedule, inhouse calibration of the instruments.
- Coordination with various departments during working time.
- Safe work culture and maintaining of 5S system
- Maintaining of lab Reagent stocks & Housekeeping.
