• MFL Pipeline Inspection Tool - Designed the Sensor Module with Hall sensor and Inductive coils sensor which send the information over the DMU unit. The pipeline inspection tool uses Magnetic Flex leak technology to detect defects or corrosion. It has a high-processing data acquisition unit, which contains a pre-processing circuit, a power unit, a digital signal processor, and a Field Programmable Gate Array.
• Aviation Obstruction Lighting - Designed a power board to handle multiple power configuration for the Obstruction lighting. The lights can be powered with 24VDC, 120VAC, 240VAC, or 277VAC and fuses are used if the power source is line to line. We used RS485 port to communicate for channel lighting interface to the main board.
• Vibration Sensing Device - This tool is used in machineries to sense the vibration and shutdowns. The data are collected using vibration sensors and transferred on gateway via LoRa sub-GHz 915 and 868 MHz module wirelessly. The collected data from sensors passing to the cloud via pass-through gateway.
• Machineries sensing - This tool is used in end devices such as sensors to sense the data and collects in pass-through gateway through LoRa wirelessly. The collected data from pass through gateway and then sends to master gateway via cellular network (LoRa & LTE) to the cloud.
• USB Powered Device - This tool is used for USB power Control, data processing, data storage and Graphic display of processed data.
• Extensometer - This tool is mainly used for stress-strain measurements and tensile tests.
• Test Jig - The device is used to design the test fixture board to test the display board which can diagnosis the liquid.
• Diagnostic of liquids - The device is used to analyse the hydra fluoride in liquids.
• Remote control for electronic devices - The device is used to analyse the hydra fluoride and so.
• Designing and developing electronic analog and digital circuit using Altium and Allegro Tools
• Simulating the electronic circuit using LTSPICE tool
• Capturing the schematic, designing the PCB, selecting and sourcing electronic components for the designs.
