Movate (JUL 2024-Present) (Chennai) Tasks  Executed projects for Nokia, involving in Optus command center.  Monitoring systems and networks to detect incidents promptly.  Initiating immediate response actions to mitigate the incident’s impact.  Documenting all aspects of the incident, including actions taken and outcomes  Reporting to stakeholders and management on incident details, impact, and resolution.  Communicating effectively with all involved parties, including stakeholders, IT teams and management.  Participating bridge calls and update the incident's status, actions taken, and next steps in the ticket.
