My main KRAs includes - conducting Induction for new hires, taking care of the exit formalities, issuing warnings and completing the confirmation, conducting RnR and Employee engagement activities, conducting IJPs and responsible for internal movement, conducting skips and one on one with the employees to control attrition, attendance management.
