Sr Credit Operations Executive for CV, TW, PV, Farm Equipment & CE loans from 24 Nov 2017 till date
- Online & Physical verification the given KYCs & Property Proofs of Applicant & Co-Applicant and detect for any duplication of documents
- Assessment of the customer's loan eligibility by validating Cibil, property documents & Vehicle Records, itr's, prior vehicle Repayments & bank statement
- Returning or resubmitting the files to the sales team in case of any mismatches or queries found, and when the all queries are clarified, appraising the loan proposal to the credit head
- Re-Generating the CIBIL Report when it's found the firm's software generated CIBIL Report is not giving the complete information & any loan detail is not captured by the firm's software generated CIBIL Report
- Making Tele Verification with Applicant & Co-applicant and preparing the Credit Approval Memorandum, doing Personal discussion with customers by visiting residence & business address
- Visiting the applicant in case of any incomplete and inappropriate information given by Field Investigation Team about applicants office premises and residence premises
- After the approval, sending the file to disbursement to operations team, by making final check of the required documents, approvals & deal entry in the Browser (present company's software, Leap Management system)
- Maintaining the MIS reports prepared by CPA team and sending to the credit head on regular basis
- Preparing the entire MIS (Management Information Statement) on daily basis to send to the credit managers, sales team & dealers
