• Provide IT Service Management (ITSM) support using ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (SDP) to manage the assets , incidents, service requests, problems, and change requests.
• Monitor and analyze security events using ManageEngine Log360 to identify potential security threats and suspicious activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues while ensuring compliance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
