Monitoring the Service now ITAM tickets on daily basis.
Dispatching the ITAM tickets among Site wise to respective Asset engineers.
Accountable for day-to-day operations (Incidents, Service requests, Release & Deploy Management).
Manage & drive restoration efforts for all IT incidents by guiding technical teams to execute timely resolutions and close the incidents within the agreed service level agreement (SLA).
Execute successful deployments for all services in close partnership with relevant teams.
