I have over 5+ years of experience in Manual Testing. I have worked on e-commerce, Telecom, Freight in Web application, Mobile application and API Testing.
For Web application used Linux and SQL for data and log reading to identify any defects or bugs backend. For API testing used Postman for the request and response to track.
Have worked and experience in Functional and Non-functional testing. If any new update was given first used to do sanity testing, smoke testing and followed by integration testing and system testing.
With every latest update used to end to end system testing before UAT and made sure the application is ready with load, performance as expected by end user.
In my last role as Implementation Engineer (Manual Tester) I Led a team of 6 members for 3 different projects for major telecom platform new website launch in Polynesia, India and African regions. I developed and executed major comprehensive test plans and cases that reduced the post-release defects by to almost 10%.
For me as an employee i always give more importance to requirement. If requirement is understood to the maximum level it is quite interesting and easy to execute the test cases. Always had a call with design team, developer team and client if any issue with requirement gaps. I believe strong communication is key in testing approach.
