I work as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 and power apps Consultant, and my focus is on building business applications using CRM and the Power Platform.

I’ve been in this field for over 10 years now, and I help organizations automate their processes — like sales, marketing, and service operations — using tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics CRM modules.

Most recently, I led a project where I built a complete Cruise Accommodation System from scratch, which streamlined manual work and approvals.

I enjoy solving business problems through technology — whether it’s designing smart forms, integrating systems, or automating approvals. It’s all about making work easier and faster for users.
