Experience in EPC projects Familiar In E&I Construction Materials and Installation Methods, Testing and Commissioning, including Petroleum Area Classification Codes with Functional Safety and concept of inspection
And arranging of Construction Site Testing Facilities And Calibrations To Electronic And Pneumatic Equipment Including Analogue And Digital Control Systems, Relay Based And Solid State Logic Systems, Transmitters, Control Valves And Accessories, Calibration and Loop testing and familiar in ISO/IEC 17025 calibrations standards
Work closely with the Engineering team on the functioning of current Project details like AFC scope of work, site plan, P&ID, I/O lists, Instrument Specification, cable schedule, logic diagram, control room plan, field inst. Layouts, MTOS, control schematics, Function schematics, Hazardous area equipment.
.Works involved in control wiring and, field instrumentation, SKID/Package interfaces, control room panels erection DCS I/O Racks Marshaling panels and PLC,ESD SYSTEMS panels /SCADA system automation/interface panels Fire & gas & Telecommunication, Access system, CCTV, ESD and F&G, PA/GA, systems and industrial automation instrumentation systems logics/ Interlocks.
And also involves in Fabrications/erection of field Instrument supports , cable trays, and conduit, JB Installation, Pneumatic Hook up installation/modifications loop folder package completion and preparation of job cards and maintaining reports/records for regular updates, punch list clearance system sign off
Follow-ups proper storage & preservation of material at site, Preparing of Test plans connecting to the E&I activities and Preparing of Man-hours estimation
Frequently Follow-up and Regulating Installation and Quality/ Inspection on time, Carrying site acceptance test (SAT) and punch list clearing and Progress planning and Progress Review surveillance witnessing of installation activities
Able to prepare of as built drawing, QA/QC reports/Circuit/loop Folder and Writing Method Statement to Construction Team for Modifications
Maintaining reports/records for regular updates, And Coordination with Main Contractor for mechanical completion
Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering (D.E.C.E)
