Employee personal file, HRMS Data, Time Management, Salary and Wages preparation, Leave, Bonus, Gratuity, Manpower Planning, Induction, Policy, Contract and Costing. Factory and Contractual Labour Licence, ESI and EPF Licence, Boiler Licence, Ambulance Licence and FSSAI Licence apply online etc. New generate EPF, ESI, Challan and timely paid monthly wise, PF withdrawal and solve PF related queries. Annual and Half Yearly Return Factory and Contractual, Internal and Govt. Audit, relation maintain with Govt. department. Problem Solving, motivation, training and development, recruitment and selection, negotiation and counselling, Performance Management, Employee Health Insurance and First-Aid. Prepared and updated employment records, including training, health and safety, compensation packages, benefits, disciplinary behaviour and disputes. I have working knowledge of Oracle HCM Fusion and HR Berry. Liaised between senior management and employees to maintain and improve company-employee relations. Full and final settlement both on roll staff and contractual employees etc.
