I am working as Deputy Director in National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development (NIPCCD), New Delhi, India, which is an autonomous organization under Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India.
I have more than 30 years of experience in the field of Food Science and Nutrition, as Lecturer, Trainer and Researcher. Currently in NIPCCD, I am involved in training the Central and State Government Officers and other Functionaries in the field of Public Health Nutrition related to women and children undertake community based research, evaluation of the efficacy of Government policies and programmes for the welfare, care and protection of women and children and propose recommendations for their effective implementation.
