Responsible for daily production planning and achieving shift-wise production targets.
Monitor production performance, cycle time, OEE, rejection, rework, and downtime.
Ensure production as per customer requirements, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
Conduct root cause analysis using 5 why, Fisha bone diagram and 7 QC tools for process and quality issues.
Prepare and maintain production reports, shift reports, rejection reports, and downtime records.
Support new product/process development, machine trials, process improvements, and production ramp-up.
Train and guide operators on process, quality, productivity, and safety requirements.
