Heat Treatment Processes company. Managing heat treatment operations including seal quench and gas carburizing furnaces.

• Process controlled on seal quench & gas carburizing furnaces
• Production planning and their execution
• In ensuring the availability of necessary raw material
• Monitoring and analysis of parameter of the process to ensure the production with minimal rejection
• Metallurgical inspection of finished materials
• Manpower coordination
• Preparation of the necessary documents like production report on daily basis
• Implementation of 5s to maximum
• Knowledge of various Heat treatment process Tempering, Carburizing, Toughening, Annealing, Induction Hardening, Megna flux(MPI)
• Maintaining the sealed quench furnaces, gas carburizing furnaces (Pit type) and induction hardening machine as per TPM Requirements
• Quality inspection (microstructure) of the heat treated components by metallurgical microscope
• Hardness measurement by the Rockwell Hardness Tester Machine & Vicker Hardness Tester Machine & Brinell
• Alumstrip test of shot peening machine
• Calibration and maintenance of all test Equipments laying in shop
• Calibration of sealed quench furnaces
• Carburizing cycle Programs manage for Gc furnaces
• Manpower handling and IATF Document
• Managing the work that is given and handling the employees working under
• Controlling complete process parameters of Carburizing furnaces and induction hardening
• Preparing the SOP for any New Product
• Preparation of the necessary documents like production sheet, in process quality inspection report on daily basis
• Fixture modification
• Kaizen for the productivity improvement
