- Managing end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) activities for architectural linear lighting systems and LED drivers.
- Successfully coordinated the launch of Rigid Line, RO80, and PSU Driver product ranges from supplier onboarding to website publication.
- Coordinating with suppliers, R&D, sourcing, marketing, graphics, and global product teams to collect and validate technical data.
- Reviewing product specifications, AutoCAD drawings, BOMs, LM79 reports, IES files, LED chip specifications, and driver datasheets.
- Preparing and verifying technical datasheets, installation manuals, product handbooks, technical drawings, and product documentation.
- Creating product structures, SKU configurations, and website content while ensuring technical accuracy.
- Supporting product pricing, variant creation, accessories mapping, and compatibility documentation.
- Coordinating product renders, labels, technical illustrations, and marketing assets before product release.
- Managing technical queries and product changes throughout the NPI lifecycle until successful website launch.

R&D Testing Engineer – Fan & LED Division - Genus Electrotech Limited

- Coordinated with China vendors for product testing, technical clarifications, and component resampling to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
- Handled customer requirements, feedback, and technical queries to deliver effectivesolutions and maintain client satisfaction.
- Responsible for creating Bill of Materials (BOM) for new products/projects as well as updating and maintaining BOMs for existing products.
- Perform extensive Indoor & outdoor Led testing: electrical, surge, thermal, lumen output, Hi-Low voltage performance, aging, Hi-Pot, and flammability testing.
- Utilize lab instruments including Led Driver Tester , Goniophotometers , Colorimeters & croma meter , Laboratory ovens chamber , surge tester, tachometer, speedometer, and multimeter for precision testing and diagnostics.
- Collaborate with the design and sourcing teams using BOM knowledge to verify components and ensure design compatibility.
- Maintain thorough documentation of test procedures and coordinate for ISI/BIS
