• Prepare Bills for different outlets (Room Service, Bar, Coffeehouse, Restaurant, housekeeping, Minibar etc.)
• Prepare Reports of different outlets (Revenue generated) Entering NC KOT's in IDS Software.
• Prepare NC KOT's & Regular KOT's summary day wise.
• Prepare Report of collection made on daily basis (Cash, Credit Card, online & Settlement in Company).
• Prepare daily sales report.
• Petty cash handling.
• Update NC Bill & Discount Bill.
• Prepare Revenue of daily collection, cash and credit card.
• Check the authorized mail for discount & NC bill & update in record.
• Check Allowance report.
• Maintain Spoilage & Inter Kitchen Transfer Report on daily Basis.
• Update daily sale report & check delete kot & void report
• Verify the KOT's and the BOT's against the Bills and to bring it to the notice of the F&B Controller if any discrepancy is found.
• Take the Cigarette's Daily inventory physical.
• Updating FLR Excise Book.
• Maintain a Record on Day to-day basis, for all the Beverages that are consumed in the bar to feed and update.
• Attend night liquor party till closing & check liquor item & Banquet Rate as per mention in FP.
• Complete all the Monthly Inventories kitchen, Bars, Stores, & Forward the variance Reports to the all Concern Person.
