➢ Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
➢ Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of operating systems such as Windows 11, Windows 10, and applications such as Internet Explorer, MS Office applications and Business applications.
➢ Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues including desktop, Laptop, Server, and network configuration.
➢ Supports development, maintenance and management of advanced reporting, dashboards and other solutions using organization tools.
➢ Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
