Keep the Laboratory Clean and collected the samples received from field level and maintaining the proper records.

• Sterilize the lab and equipment’s before we are entered in to Bacterial room.
• Maintain accurate records and perform tests on all activities conducted in the laboratory.
• We fallow the MPN (Most Probable Number) Method for identification of bacteria and Coliforms in water.
• Identify the coliforms by the Presumptive test, Conformation test, Completed Test.
• Contaminated Samples preferred for E. Coli examination.
• Preparation of Media.
• Serial diluting methods.
• Sterilization of methods (Hot air oven, Autoclave).
• Inoculation, Isolation, Incubation Technics.
