In my current role, identified major bottlenecks, and improved user experience and sales.

For almost the past 2 years, I have worked as a Product analyst for Gomechanic. Thereby working with different teams, UI/UX designers, product managers, and developers, I got an opportunity to sharpen my communication skills which I have experienced as a very important skill for this role.

Not only this, I got a chance to work on user behavior data which includes both qualitative and quantitative data. By applying my SQL and Python skills, I have helped in making data-driven decisions for senior leadership.

In Gomechanic, I have seen every facet of Product development and made improvements in fast pace manner by rolling out sprints every 2 weeks so that we can solve every problem which a user can face in the car service booking process and give them a smooth experience.

And in achieving all of this, the credit goes to the reports and continuous product metrics monitoring by automating reports and dashboards.
