Fleet Operations Manager & MIS Analyst
Daily, Weekly, Monthly – MIS Dynamic reports, Analysis the cases
Dynamic MIS Reports to be shared with Clients and Internal Management Team on Daily Basis
Leading the team for data extraction, analysis and system testing, summarizing results in standard quality control reports and documents and further sharing it with Clients
Developed data-driven solutions to address business problems and independently manage end-to-end project communication with Clients
Fleet management & Day to Day Operations
Directly fulfillment of vehicle’s when client needed also as on Adhoc basis
Ensures max volume of vehicles utilization, Plan and execute the transportation
Monitor and track vehicles to minimize delays and ensure on-time delivery.
Executed tasks encompassing Data Quality, Automation, Performance Metrics, and Cross-Functional Collaboration
Provided training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure a productive and efficient workforce
