Quality Assurance & Quality Control at BSL Ltd. (2020 – Present)

Leading the Fabric Testing Laboratory, overseeing testing activities, quality compliance.

• Having practical knowledge & experience of yarn testing, fabric testing & quality checking & basic shade inspection.
• Conducted detailed analysis of Yarn test reports (Internal & External) to maintain quality and performance as per benchmarks.
• Conducted regular loom rounds to identify and minimize defects, ensuring consistent product quality.

• Prepared and maintained Grading Report, COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality), SPC (Statistical Process Control), GLM Report and Rejection Report to monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Handled documentation processes including IKEA Connect system updates and P.Doc management to ensure accurate and timely record keeping.
• Conducted detailed analysis of P.Doc (Product Documentation) along with preparing Test Plans, TSS (Technical Specification Sheet), SD (Self Declaration), and analysis fabric test reports from approved labs.

• Conducted calibration and certification of testing & measuring instruments and equipment to maintain measurement accuracy and ensure compliance with quality standards and audit requirements.
