I am a HR professional with 8 years of experience in HR Operations. In the span of 8 years of my professional career I have handled the end to end life cycle of an employee (From recruitment & onboarding to exit). It also included grievance management and employee engagement.

I have managed internal as well as client audits for the Human Resource department. I have also been a part of the compliance team and I have experience in developing & managing policies and procedures for an organization and making sure that the company is compliant as per the legislative requirements and labour laws. I am an Indian citizen & I am fluent in English (Speaking, Reading and Writing) as well as a few native languages.
