Regular Follows up from agents & Universities
•Assessment of Finance documents & Income documents for GTE Assessment
•Verification of submitted documents for GTE the ensure genuineness of the documents
•Counsel students and parents on GTE requirements of Australian universities and colleges and help the students to prepare required documentation
•Liaising with Admission manager and team to ensure that applications are processed effectively, ensuring applicants meet the necessary Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) and course entry requirements, SOP & Calculation of funds.
•Processing client applications accurately and in timely manner maximizing the conversion of enquires into application enrolments
•Manage support and develop the agents and recruitment partnership network and providing them day to day support
•Manage coordinating with agents’ full letters COE come on time and are being to the respective agents and students
•Excel sheet updating & Data maintenance
•Extension request & Deferment process – Coordinating with agents/admission team/students
•Verification of all type of funds and work experience on email or on call •Coordinating with universities and applicants for scheduling the interview agent, payment process/approval •COE Process
•Refund documents processing in case of rejection
•Manage support and develop the agents and recruitment partnership network and providing them day to day support
