Clinical Internship - MGM School of Physiotherapy - Aurangabad, Maharashtra

Completed a comprehensive 6-month clinical internship with rotations in Musculoskeletal, Neurological, Cardiopulmonary, and Community-Based Rehabilitation. Developed strong clinical competencies in patient assessment, therapeutic exercise prescription, manual therapy techniques, electrotherapy applications, balance and gait training, chest physiotherapy, and early mobilization. Managed a wide range of cases including MSK disorders, stroke and neurological conditions, post-CABG/COPD patients, and community-based rehabilitation for diverse populations, including geriatric individuals in old-age home settings.

Provided functional training, ADL enhancement, caregiver education, and individualized home exercise programs while consistently practicing evidence-based physiotherapy to support optimal patient recovery.
