- knowledge of utility systems like Cooling Tower, Air Compressor, Air cooled and water cooled Chiller, Brine chiller -20°C, -30°C
- Assisted in daily operation and monitoring of utility equipment.
- Maintained log sheets for temperature, pressure, flow and other parameters.
- Learned start-up and shutdown procedures of utility machines.
- Supported in preventive maintenance activities with senior operators.
- Checked water levels, oil levels, and leakages regularly.
- Followed safety rules (PPE, SOPs, permit system) during work.
- Helped in maintaining housekeeping and 5S in plant area.
- Observed and reported abnormal conditions or faults to seniors.
- Basic understanding of utility distribution systems (water, compressed air).
