The primary users are AP&S staff (Acquisition, Planning and Scheduling), DRD staff (Donor Recruitment Department), collections staff, collections support staff, sponsor marketing, analytics, and business intelligence.

CIB (Corporate and Investment Banking) covers all solutions for large corporate and institutional clients, ranging from day-to-day banking solutions to financing, advisory solutions, and risk and investment hedging solutions.
- Worked as a Test Manager from a client-side perspective.
- Interacting with appropriate business stakeholders and BA in understanding the requirements and testing new functionalities in the Salesforce platform.

Insurances are 2 types. Auto & Home and Life Insurance. We are handling Life insurance- related development. It has multiple call centre integrations CSSG, Barnum & and transact. The lead data will come from different places using middleware as real-time integration. Epsilon is a third-party tool it will run nightly basis, and an agent will insert direct records into the Lead object in SFDC. These are three ways the data fills into a Lead object.
