• Generating state wise E – Waybill on governments Portal.
• Comprehensive understanding of the complex systems of inventories, on time delivery, transportation costs, CPC and personnel management.
• Managing Registered Mathadis for Loading & Unloading of the Finished Goods as well as Raw Material.
• FIFO: Space Management according to the Manufacturing Date of the Products.
• Vast contacts & experience of managing & hiring Transporters.
• Ensuring the on-time delivery of finished goods of the company to the Distributor according to their order after getting a ledger confirmation of the Distributor from Finance team.
• Coordinating with Forklift operators for bringing the material for Loading in the vehicle or for moving the Raw Material after unloading.
• Writing up accurate reports of Dispatch SKU wise, Weight wise.
• Preparing Freight Charges reports on monthly basis.
• Resolving the Issues of the Vehicles whenever they cross the State Border.
• Preparing Monthly Corporate Reports & KPI Key Performance Indicator Report.
• Managing Company Owned Vehicles, including Drivers, Maintenance of the Vehicle & the Expenses of Petrol & other daily allowances.
