- Maintaining and updating work permit data.
- To conduct material handling training (Manual &Mechanical)
- To collect technical details and inspection of all mechanical equipment's.
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly HSE report.
- Updating the day today training attendance sheet for preserving data for producing in front internal and external auditors.
- To Conduct Safety Observation Tour & Self Auditing Making JSA, SOP of all activity.
- To carry out investigations & report on accidents / incidences and dangerous occurrences as necessary.
- Accident/Incident/ Near miss Investigations.
- Daily issue & Audit of all type of Work permits in Company Premises.
- Plant critical Area Inspection
- To conduct training on various safety topics.
- Finding of Unsafe Act & Unsafe Condition & Reporting of it.
- To conduct Safety Committee Meeting & prepare MOM , follow up for its compliances
- To conduct various safety promotional activity like safety competition, World environment day celebration.
