Responsible for onboarding and transitioning more than 100 US and Canadian clients and partners including end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, project management, scope, estimates, schedule, and risks till handing over to the operations team on any accounting/inventory/ERP software.
Understanding varied client/partner requirements, formulating the scope and drafting the agreement, and establishing a milestone-driven action plan for the project.
Accurately estimating a budget fee that considers details not limited to architecting, designing, and planning a tailored client solution along with identifying resource requirements and developing transition timelines and plans.
Facilitating effective Discovery meetings to drive a detailed understanding of the complexity that can lie behind data in order for the project team to be able to use the information obtained to drive the creation and implementation of the appropriate delivery solution as per US GAAP.
